ldb locked

hi
i get the message "the database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin'
that prevents it from being opened or locked"
error 3734
do you know of a simple way to unlock or delete this file? we cannot delete
it or open our database until this is resolved?

It happened to me before. One time I had to go in my Task manager and delete
the process. I don't remember how it was called. The second time I was able
to delete the .ldb file directly from windows explorer.

thank you for your reply. the process does not appear in the task manager
and I can't delete the .ldb file.

i am the administrator. this sounds like a weird Windows problem... it has
now been resolved.
