Learning about Business Contact Manager

I want to use the Business Contact Manager with Outlook 2003 as a customer
relationship manager for a small business. I am a competent user of Outlook
to some depth. Can anyone recommend a book which covers the Business Contact
Manager features in depth.

Patricia Cardoza's Special Edition Using Outlook 2003 book has the best
material I've seen in print. Have you looked at the BCM Help material that
comes with the program?

Thank you - I wondered if the Special Edition book would cover it. I've not
loaded BCM yet but will make sure I look at the Help material when I do.
