Learning Essentials - New Project Wizard

Hello,

When I open Word or Excel 2007, go to the add ins and click on Project
Assistance or Learning Essentials Toolbars, I get a warning that states

"The Default projects folder for the Learning Essentials has not been
specified or does not exist. Please run the New Project Wizard and try
again."

Where do I find the new project wizard? How does this work?
