Learning Essentials

We recently installed Learning Essentials, but now we are unable to use it.
We are receiving an error message: "Th default projects folder for Learning
Essentials has not been specified or does not exist. Please run the New
Project Wizard and then try again."
How do I get to the New Project Wizard?
