learning tutorials for office 08

Wondering if anyone can recommend any tutorials for office 08? I seem to be able to retain more info from a video tutorial than reading books so I'm hoping that there might be some suggestions for tutorials, specifically for Word & or Excel. thank you for any help or suggestion. jeff

Hi Jeff:

Start with the ones built in to the Help system.

Make sure you allow your Office 2008 Help to go online: it will download the
latest items each time. They are adding new items very frequently.
