"Least privilege" to run Word objects under IIS correctly

I'm instantiating a "word.application" object from a regular DLL to convert a
..doc file to .rtf file. The object instantiates corretly and I see Word
running in Task Manager. But it fails on the "Save As" Line.

The process works perfectly when I assign the anonymous user to the Admin
group on the box; but I couldn't get it to work any other way.

I tried to assign a local admin to the Identity of the MS Word Object in
DCOMConfig but still won't work properly.

The server is running in a work group and the file being converted is
located in a share on another machine. Both machines have the same user ids
with the same passwords. And like I said in the beginning : It all works
perfectly when anonuymous is a member of admins. Is that the least required
privilege?

Help please!!

I forgot to mention that the DLL that's using the Word.application is running
under IIS and is used by an ASP page.
