Leave a copy of messages on the server
The default for this should be yes not no. If you believe the it should be
no, then this should be up front in the installation or not have a default at
all (i.e. have the user make an active decision)
I want to leave a copy of my messages on the server in case I want to access
an email when I am away from home. When my PC crashed and I had to buy a new
one I was happy that I had a copy of my recent emails on the server, I
installed outlook on the new machine it wiped out all my emails on the
server, this was totally unexpected and disconcerting, and extremely
inconvenient.
It was also extremely hard to find where this option is.
