How can I disable the above option from normal user and allow only
administrator to do it in Outlook XP?

Hi Jassim,
so please open your Outlook
TOOLS | EMAIL Accounts| View or change excisting accounts| select your mail
there | change | Advanced Settings (more settings) | Other tab and there you
can disable it.

There is a group policy setting to block users from changing their mail
profile. I have not tested whether that also will block any profile changes
distributed with the Custom Maintenance Wizard. I suspect that it does,
which would mean your goal is impossible to reach.
