Leave a SENT copy on the server?

I'm currently leaving a copy on my server of incoming emails, however I'd
like to also be able to leave a copy of emails sent from Outlook onto my
server. Is there anyway to leave a SENT copy on the server?

Only if you connect to Exchange Server or have an IMAP email account....

What's an exchange server, and how would I go about connecting to it?

Thank you. I'll look into that some more, but I assume you're probably right
about the lack of need for the cost on my end. Thanks anyway though
