leave copy of email message on pop3 server

Tommy

I need to configure a user id on a laptop running
Outlook 2000 so that we can access email when travelling
with the laptop, but leave a copy of the email message on
the server until I return to the offivr so that I can get
the email on my primary desktop computer located in my
office.

I know that there is a check the box that says 'leave a
copy of messages on server' in the POP account properties
in Outlook. I just cannot remember how to get to it.

yes, that is the problem. I just cannot find that check
box for the pop server in outlook 2000. Can you please
give explicit instructions to locate that check box?

Thank you.
