Leave request form

Hi All,

I'd like to automate my staff leave request form. I'd like to create a new
document from the template and have DTPicker controls to select start and
end dates then have the "number of days absent" field updated. Does anyone
have anything similar to this or can anyone help get me started? When the
form is printed, I don't want the DTPicker controls printed, just the start
and end dates.

Hi Rob,

Use a userform instead of a document with controls such as that inserted
into it.

Thanks for the help Doug. I've got it working now, just need to calculate
the number of days off and maybe handle half days,
