Leaving Email on Server Permanently

I use Outlook to manage email on two computers. I can select the option to
leave messages on the server so both computers see it at different times.
However, Outlook resets the option after every reboot. Is there a way to make
the setting "leave message on server" permanent?

Try a new mail profile. The option should stay on.
