Lebans ConvertReportToPDF

I've been using Lebans ConvertReportToPDF for some time now and it works
great for converting a report preview into a PDF but my client has recently
installed a network, having a copy of the access database on the server.
When a PDF is produced over the network from a networked computer the PDF
turned out distorted with only half the report on the page.

Does anybody know a solution to this?

There are two possible issues here:

1) The workstation must have a Default Printer installed. The printer does
not have to be physically attached to the workstation. This printer must
have the same page output capabilities as what the Report in question
requires. For example, if you are printing to 11 x 17 inch papaer then the
Default prionter for this workstation must support 11 x 17.

2) If the report has a SPECIFIC printer/settings with the same name as the
Default printer for the workstation, and the Resolution settings are
different for the Specific/Default printer driver, then magnification/zoom
output will result.

Finally, if possible, ask the user to manually export the report in question
to Snapshot format. Is the Snapshot formatted correctly?
