Leban's Tooltip on Continuous Form

I have been trying to get Stephen Leban's Tooltip control to work on
continuous forms.
In short trying to get his A2KToolTip.zip to work with
ContinuousFormsCurrentRow.zip.

In a previous post, Mr. Leban's said that it is fairly straightforward
programming - to integrate ContinuousFormsCurrentRow INTO the tooltip
class.

I am self-taught, persistent and really running into a wall on this and
need some help to steer me.

ANy suggestions as to where to start?
