left / right mouse bottons dont work

how to get the file I need to delete to fix this error?... It appeared when
my pc was re-started after a a software instalation, but having a word
document opened when it happened...
thanks a lot for any help

Have you tried re-starting your computer again? Or, unplug the mouse and
then plug it in again?

It is really nothing to do with Word.
