Legal Reports still not printing after installing Service Packs

I've read previous posts that have indicated that there
was a known issue in Access 2000 where page sizing
information would get lost, thereby causing Legal size
reports to be printed on letter size paper.

I have made sure that all users have latest Office service
packs, and disabled the Name AutoCorrect features.
However, legal size reports are still printing letter size.

I can't use code to switch to legal size, because I am
giving the end users an MDE.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
