legend milestones

I have used the same color milestone for the same function in several
subprojects. For example, Installation of server is always blue, server
config is red. Can I customize the legend to reflect the various colored
milestones and the the appropriate text?

Yes, but it requires that you use a different barstyle for each milestone
type rather than color coding them individually.
