Let ME control the Reviewing Toolbar in Visio 2003

Visio insists on scarfing up my screen real estate by showing the Reviewing
toolbar every time I open a file. I this something MSFT considers a FEATURE?
If anyone knows how to ditch this annoyance, please tell.

No, this should not be happening. I notice this behavior sporadically on my
computer. If I am able to track the issue down, I'll post back.

I found a couple possibilities for this:

If the document was placed into TrackMarkup mode, the Reviewing toolbar will
show on open. Go to the Tools menu and turn off TrackMarkup mode. Then
resave the document.

If Show/Hide Markup is set to show, the Reviewing toolbar will show on open.
Go to the Reviewing toolbar and toggle off Show/Hide Markup. Then resave
the document.

Finally, Visio remembers the toolbars that were shown in the previous
session. Close the Reviewing toolbar before quitting Visio.

Hopefully, this can keep the toolbar off once and for all.
