Lettehead template

I am using Office 2000 and I am trying to create a
letterhead template that will have a left letterhead
also. Meaning that the letter will have to start about 2"
into the paper. Can this be done as a template? I can't
figure it out.

Sure can. What I do is to set a left hand margin at about 2 - 2.5 inches,
then draw a Text Box from about 1/2 inch up and to the left and all the way
down the page. Basically the text box is in the left hand margin. I can
add graphics, etc. inside the text box (or text boxes) as necessary. When
done, click "File", "Save as" and set the "File type" to "Document
template".
