letter template informing my employeer im taking him to tribunal .

I am looking for a letter template, to imform my employeer that I am taking
him to Tribunal for unfair dismissal, I have had a disiplinary meeting and I
am now waiting for the outcome, I was already dismissed and then he realised
that he didnt follow correct procedures. SO it really is formality really. I
need a letter cofirming what am intending to to once I haver received that
letter. Any ideas where I can find one please. Many thanks SAM
