letter template

Hi am starting my own cleaning business and am looking
for a template that i can write a standard letter to tell
people about my business that i can send out to companies
soliciting their business, i want to send this old in a
mass mail out to about 50 companies. any ideas

If you already have the 50 companies in mind, then in addition to a
template, you might also consider using mail merging.
