Does anyone know if it is possible to set up a letter template with standard
text for body of letter and, once main name and address are filled in using
'fill in, ask prompts, get the same information automatically filled in on
the salutation line and elsewhere if necessary?
I do lots of standard letters and do them one by one using template but it
is a pain having to enter the same name and address lots of times.
I have tried using mail merge but it takes just as long to enter the data
into a simple database as it does to use a template and just enter the
relevant information into each letter and each can be saved individually
