Letter wizard templates

How do I download letter wizard templates to my Office 97
Word. When I choose "new" document, the only choice I get
is "blank document". I don't get a choice of Letters,
Memos, etc. etc. I don't know where to go to get these
templates. Please e-mail me with the info asap. I searched
the microsoft web pages til I was blue in the face and
couldn't find out hoe to find these templates. Thanks
