Hi,
I'm trying to create a letter using Outlook's letter wizzard (German
Version 2003 11.8118.8132 SP2) but I get the wrong salutation line.
The name displayed in the "name" field in Outlook's contacts is "Herr
Thomas Muster" (i.e. salutation=Herr, first name = Thomas, last name =
Muster). When starting the letter wizzard by Actions-->New letter to
contact (not sure if this is the correct menu name as I'm translating
from german), I switch to the second tab named "Recipient info" (in
German "Empfängerinfo"), select option "Formal" or "Business" as the
format for the salutation I get:
Dear Herr Herr Thomas Muster, (or "Dear Mr. Mr. Thomas Muster")
Does anybody know what I can do to prevent the doubling of "Herr/
Mr." ?
TIA,
Stefan
