Letter writing featture

I have many addresses stored in memory. When I was using
the winows 95 and 98 operating system I could click on a
name and the corresponding address was pulled up out of
Microsoft Exchange.

Now I have windows 2000 professional this does not work.
I have even tried to put the old exchange on the disk. Is
there a software patch that will allow this?

Current versions of Word usually use the Outlook Contacts list instead. Even
if you're not otherwise using Outlook, you can store addresses in its
address book and then use Insert | Address in Word to draw from it. Word
does not have its own built-in address book, unfortunately, nor can it use
the one in Outlook Express.
