Letterhead printing/formatting problem

Hi,

I have a user in the office who can not print a Word document properly. The
user is running Word 2002 and is running XP Pro. The document is a blank
document with our Logo pasted in the upper right hand corner and a header
with our company name. This document is used as a letterhead template for
the office.

The problem is that when this user trys to print out the document after she
has composed and typed in any text the logo and header don't print out.

Weirder still, I can print out the same document from a network share on my
computer without any problems. I have the same configuration as she does.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Sean

Check the user's print options to make sure that printing of drawing objects
(such as a logo or a textbox) is enabled. The options button is found on the
Print dialog box.
