Letterhead Template

[My Name is My Business Only]

We are going to write a letter to someone and we need to know the proper
format. We have a letterhead, but we have no idea where to put the
photograph of our new patron. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure if there is a "proper" format for letters these days (I've seen
varying formats) but most use a block format and everything is aligned to
the left margin. Did you review the formats used for the various letters in
the Template Gallery?
