I have a letterhead template that I use and it has a banner image at
the top. Whenever I open the template, it places my auto-signature
ABOVE the contents of the template. I want the signature at the bottom
of the email. Do I have to turn off automatic signatures in Outlook in
order to keep my template with the banner at the top?
I would like to keep my auto-signature enabled AND still be able to use
my template without the signature screwing it up. Obviously I can
delete the signature manually from the template, but this is annoying..
It should put the signature at the BOTTOM of the email below any text
that is already present in the template.
Is there a way to lock a banner image at the top of the email template
so that signatures go below it?
Please advise.
Thanks,
Jen
