Letterhead

I have the letterhead for a group I belong to in word format. The
letterhead is contained in the header and footer of the first page of
the letterhead. My problem is that the letterhead is the repeated on
each subsequent page. How do I display and print the letterhead on the
1st page only?

Format -> Headers & Footers -> "Different first page".

You may find that the 1st page header/footer is then blank, but pages
2 and onwards are not. In that case, just copy/paste from where the
header/footer is to where it should be, then delete the one you don't
want.

Oops. I tried to do this from memory, but I think I got the path
wrong. If may be under Page Setup. Or somewhere. "Help" will help
you, now that you know to do "different first page".
