Letterheads

I use preprinted company letterheads when dealing with official correspondence, how can I get the letterhead layout in Word so I know how to space my letter. I would like when I open this template, it looks like my company letterhead, so I can just type into it.

Any helps would be highly appreciated!

Hi Jeegar,

Set up a firstpage header in the template that you use to create letters
that contains a paragraph with space after it to force the rest of the text
down the page to the desired position.
