I have been using MS Word 2003 and make a lot of labels. I sometimes use
different alignment in different lines of text in the same label (cell).
Usually, when I would type a company name, press enter, and change the
alignment for the second line of text, there is no problem. Recently,
however, at my office computer, when I change the alignment it changes the
alignment on the whole page. It must be a check-box somewhere, but I have
been unable to find it.
I am able to click undo and just the one line of text stays to the new
alignment. This extra step is costing me time and frustrates me as I prefer
to use keyboard shortcuts rather than the mouse.
