Some days I am tempted to resolve that I will steadfastly ignore people
who contact me for help via email and address me as Susan. (Or that I
will ignore anyone who emails for help, regardless of form of address.)
But I'm such a pushover. <g>
I did, however, read the riot act to someone who tracked me down and
contacted me by phone, while I was eating lunch, and kept calling me
"Susan" despite repeated corrections. The nerve of some people!

It's Suzanne. Believe me, remembering her name will get you further
than if you call her Susan. ;-)
(I made that mistake myself years ago. I think she may have mildly
scolded me.)

How do I set up either one.
I use XP
