leveling & Baseline

What is the best practice ?

(A) Level the project for all Resources within the Enterpise before baseline
setting or (B) Baseline set and then level ?

any idea's if there is any issues aand whats the pros/cons of using either
method ??

Until you level overallocations, you do not have a realistic project
schedule. Therefore, my vote is:

1. Level all resource overallocations.
2. Baseline the project.

In my experience some minor overallocation is probably unavoidable ;-)

I find a big stick helps....
