Leveling Error

I am using 2007 desktop.

When I level sometimes, the plan pushes a few tasks out YEARS ahead for what
seems like no reason at all.

Anyone ever seen this?

Hi Rob,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Make sure you have no resources assigned to smmaries. Filter for summaries
and check down the Resouerces column.

Hi Rob,

Another possible explanation is that you use the resource availability
profile.
Once there is an entry in this list, the periods not covered are 0%
availability.

Hi Rob & Jan,

I'm guessing a modified Resource max units -- perhaps where the resource is
at zero after a certain time?
