Leveling in Client Broken

Can anyone explain why my leveling doesn't work now that I've migrated my
project to the server? I've tried all of the different ways to level and
nothing happens when I try to level within the project alone.

Other strange errors that have happened right around the same time are:
-Outline formatting disappearing
-Some resource assignments didn't import
-Spooler database errors (I'm trying to get the event log on this)

A couple of other strange things...

I rebuilt this file and it leveled fine when it was saved to my computer,
then it still leveled fine when I saved it to the server. The minute it
stopped working was when I organized it with outline levels on the server.
My outline is down to level 5, should this really impact anything?

I can't clear the resource leveling any more by clicking the clear leveling
button.
