Leveling over Administrative Project time

We are trying to utilize the Administrative Project feature in Project Server
2003. We've noticed though that if we enter partial day allocations for a
resource in an Administrative Project, when we level project tasks for that
resource, if the project task is over 8 hours, it will completely skip over
available partial days, waiting until the next available full days. Is there
any setting in Administrative Projects that will allow project leveling to
take advantage of partial day availability?

In the Resource Leveling dialog, have you tried setting the Leveling
Calculations option to the Hour by Hour setting? Let us know.

Yes, after encountering the problem using the Day by Day setting, we've been
testing the leveling since using the Hour by Hour setting.
