leveling resources

Hi,

i have a problem with MSP 2003...and leveling resources.
- i have 2 tasks A (10 days) and B(10 days).
- and 2 resources Peter and Marc.

here are the settings :
Task A : 80 % marc - 20 % Peter
Task B : 50 % marc - 50 % Peter

instead to calculate based on 8 hours per day, MSP gave me 2.6 hours / days
for each of resources.
it's completly crazy ... so it increased my plan...
instead to have :
A : marc 8 days / peter 2 days
B : marc 5 days / peter 5 days

i have very long A and B tasks.... more than their initial duration.

Q : why leveling resources didn't calculate on 8 hours/day ?

1. all calendar of resources are based on 8 hours per day and no 'not
working time'
2. all resource are free
3. all settings in MSP are default ones.



could you help me please ?
