lic key and registration keys don't work on reinstal?

I'm trying to install my Office small biz program on my
new computer, it's a full version... I can see the
product key on my old computer , which seems to be
missing the last set of numbers, I also have the
registration number from when i first registered the
software. No mater what i've done it says the key is
invalid or incomplete, and trying to contact MS they say
that I've used up all my support even though i've never
contacted them before. I can't find a phone number to
call and im not sure where to go from here, any
suggestions would be helpful.
