Licence Agm't page keeps popping up

Hi,

Each time I go into any of the Microsoft office
applications I get the Licence Agreement page. I accept
it each time but it still comes up the next time. It's
driving me mad, any ideas on how I can get rid of it.

You need to accept it one while logged on as Administrator or as an
Administrator privilege account.
