Licence agreement accepted, but it makes me accept again

I lost HD; Installed new HD; Reinstalled Office 2003. I activiated the office
and it says it is activated, but every time I close the program and reopen
it, it makes me accept the Lic. agreement again.

How do I fix this proplem?

Installed on Vista, using windows.
