Licence key

My Office Home & Student 2007 offered licences for 3 users but my daughter
will study aboard. Could she use the licence in other country or she needs to
purchase one local licence.

She need not purchase anything nor need to worry about it.

If you/daughter has a valid licence it doesnt matter what country they visit
and use it.
An English language version of Office is the same in any English speaking
country

Technically the license is for use by persons residing in the household, but
you would need a lawyer to define 'household' & 'residing'
So dont bother, just install & activate
