Licence re-usable?

Hi,
I currently have Office XP SBE, I want to upgrade to Office SBE 2003. Will I be able to use my old licence of Office XP on a 2nd computer?

Please help. Thanks

No, if you upgrade, you merge your previous version's license with the new one and you are allowed to use the new version only
