in Word XP, after clicking and executing the protect
document command from tools, i couldnt edit the document,
obviously. but now when i open any other document in
word, i cant edit anything or alter any document,
and 'unprotect' document if greyed out, as are ~90% of
the options generally.
a mouse-over most greyed-out words reveals a message:
xxx: this command not avaliable until you renew your
licence.
how could this ahve happened, and how do i-and why do i
have to-renew the licence, even though i have the office
xp cd from the computer and all software is working fine
(ie excel)?
thanks
davey
