License and Microsoft Office Outlook problem

Hello,

License Problem
I bought toshiba laptop M30 in Austria and it has Microsot OneNote CD
original (german version). I tried to install English version (trial) and put
my CD number in it, it fails to activate, than I tried to use temporary than
activate using my CD number it also fail. I can only use my license using the
german version. What can I do if I want the English version.

Microsoft Office Outlook Problem.
After installing OneNote (german version). I'm able to update OneNote SP1.
It adds functionality so My OneNote can communicate with Outlook better. One
problem if I send something to Outlooks and put the remainder alarm , it
said that it can not save it. After I forced it to save to outlook, my
outlook icon always appear in taskbar and I won't able to remove it.

Is it a problem because I use Microsoft Office 2003 English and OneNote
german version?
