License Information

I developed an Access 2000 database application which uses
VBA and Controls, when I copy this database to other
computers which also installed Office 2000 (Access 2000).
most of them work fine, but on some computers there are
such error message:
"License information for this component not found. You do
not have an appropriate license to use this functionality
in the designe enviroment".

and there is no error number shown, also all activeX
components have been installed on those computers. OS is
NT 2000, Access Version is 2000 Professional.


Any comments?
