License not on this machine

Office 97 professional edition, updated to office XP. I
uninstalled office 97. Installed office XP, reinstalled
offices 97 of all components accept word. I receive this
error when I run Access ;( Microsoft Access Can't start
because there is no license for it on this machine) all
other components run O.K, please help.
