License question about Microsoft Office Document Imaging

Hi over there,
In case I do use the Microsoft® Office Document Imaging 2003 control
(MDIVWCTL.DLL) in my application (a asp.net one), do I need a licence of MS
Office 2003 when I'll deploy the project in the production ???
