I have the Home & Student version of Office 2007, and I have used two of the
licenses. I need to do a complete system restore to go back to all the
factory settings. I wanted to know if I reinstall Office, will it use my
remaining license, or will it recognize the computer and not use the last
license?

You may reinstall as many times as you like on one machine and it only uses
one license of the three. The only issue you would have is that you may
have to use telephone activation if the last install was within a certain
time frame (although I have installed S&T on three machines, one right after
another, and done the internet activation without an issue.
