Licensing Confirmation - 2007

Hi there,

I am considering the possibility of hosting the InfoPath inside a custom
WinForms application. I have read some contradictory information regarding
licensing requirements and am wondering if anyone knows for sure if the
following is correct:

1. Infopath must be installed on developer machine(s).
2. Infopath must be installed on the machine the application will run on.
3. Infopath related assemblies can not be redistributed.

This all makes perfect sense to me... but a colleague is certain that he
read the only requirement on the target machine (where the application will
end up running) was that you had any office 2007 product installed. Anyone
know the answer to this definitively... or know who I should contact to
confirm this?
