Licensing Issue

I have a copy of Office XP Professional 2002 (OEM) which was installed on my
computer before I upgraded to Office Professional 2003 - not OEM, I'd like
to donate my Office 2002 to my church for use on the computer there which is
currently suffering along with Office 97. Two questions - is that legal?
Secondly, if it is, will I be able to install it at the church since it has
already been activated once?

An OEM copy of Office XP Professional is only licensed for
installation on the computer that the computer manufacturer
originally installed it on, and cannot be transferred to any
other computer. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300273
"Cannot activate OEM edition more than once in Office XP" for
more information.
